It all started when…
In 2016, after recovering from a life-threatening illness, I decided to take control of my eating habits. Thereafter, I accepted a challenge to abstain from eating meat for 30 days. To my surprise, not only did I complete the challenge but my eating habits were changed forever. The transformation of my mind, body, and soul during the 30-day challenge motivated me to support other people in their journey to discover and/or explore meals that are plant-based without compromising the taste of food that is familiar to them. All of our food and desserts are reminiscent of home cooked meals that are prepared and served with love and care.
